
Yan is a Director at Qualcomm Ventures in Beijing. She has contributed to the investment and management of China deals, including AccuVally, CooTek, Dolphin Browser, Eques, GFan, Mobike and Neobear.
Prior to joining Qualcomm, she worked for Moody’s Investors Service’s Corporate Finance division and Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking division in New York. Yan was a member of Lehman’s Global Technology team, involved in both M&A advisory roles and debt and equity financings. She holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and a M.Eng. and S.B. from M.I.T.

Mobike is the world’s first and largest smart bike-sharing company. By making urban cycling more accessible, popular, and smart, Mobike is delivering scaled sustainable mobility solutions for people and cities around the world. To date, Mobike users have collectively cycled over 5.6 billion kilometers, equivalent to reducing CO2 emissions by more than 1.26 million tons, or taking 350,000 cars off the road for a year, based on calculations by WWF China regarding of Mobike’s first year of operations. In June 2017, Mobike received the WWF’s “Climate Solver Sustainable Urban Mobility Special Award” in recognition of the impact its innovative technology and promotion of sustainable transport.
